Practica este ejercicio del maestro Thich Nhat Hanh durante al menos 5 minutos todos los días. “Inhalo y me veo como una niña de 5 años. Exhalo y le sonrío compasivamente a la niña de 5 años en mí”. Este ejercicio aparece en su libro “Reconciliation: Healing the Inner Child”.

Practice this exercise by Master Thich Nhat Hanh for at least 5 minutes every day. “Breathing in, I see myself as a 5-year-old child. Breathing out, I smile with compassion to the 5-year-old child in me.” This exercise appears in his book “Reconciliation: Healing the Inner Child.”
